Spicy Salmon Poke

๐Ÿ”ธ ยฝ lb - 1 lb Salmon

๐Ÿ”ธ 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

๐Ÿ”ธ 2 Tbsp Sriracha

๐Ÿ”ธ 5 Tbsp Japanese Mayo

๐Ÿ”ธ ยฝ tsp Japanese Red Chili Pepper

๐Ÿ”ธ 1 stalk Green Onion (chopped)

๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€:

1. Remove the Salmon skin and cut into 3โ„4 inch cubes.


2. In a small bowl, add 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 2 Tbsp Sriracha, 5 Tbsp Japanese Mayo, and ยฝ tsp Japanese Red Chili Pepper. Mix together.


3. Add Salmon to the sauce and add some chopped Green Onion. Mix well and set aside for 10-15 minutes in the fridge before eating.


4. Assemble it with a base option and whatever toppings you prefer!
