๐Ÿ”ป Leftover Seafood

๐Ÿ”ป Leftover Seafood Boil Sauce

๐Ÿ”ป Potatoes/Corn (if thereโ€™s any left)

๐Ÿ”ป 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

๐Ÿ”ป Day old Rice

๐Ÿ”ป 1 egg

๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€:

1. Peel any leftover seafood you have.

2. In a wok, add 1 Tbsp Vegetable oil and sautรฉ the seafood/potato/corn for 1 minute.

3. Add in day old Rice and some leftover Seafood Boil Sauce. Add enough to coat the rice, but not to the point where itโ€™s drenched. Mix to combine. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Occasionally stir to make sure the rice isnโ€™t burnt.

4. Push everything over to one side of the wok to make room for the egg. Add a little bit of vegetable oil and crack an egg into wok. Scramble the egg separately then mix into rice. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Turn off heat. Garnish with chopped Green Onion and fresh/dried Parsley.
