Pork Larb


๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€:

๐Ÿ”ธ 1 lbs Ground Pork (or Chicken / Turkey)

๐Ÿ”ธ 1 stalk Green Onion (chopped)

๐Ÿ”ธ 1 Shallot Bulb (thinly sliced)

๐Ÿ”ธ Handful of Mint (chopped)

๐Ÿ”ธ Handful or Cilantro (chopped)

๐Ÿ”ธ 2 Limes

๐Ÿ”ธ 3 Tbsp Fish Sauce

๐Ÿ”ธ 1-2 tsp Chili Flakes

๐Ÿ”ธ 1-2 tsp Toasted Rice Powder (optional)

๐Ÿ”ธ 1/2 - 1 Tbsp Sugar

๐Ÿ”ธ 1/2 Tbsp Vegetable oil


๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€:

1.) In a large bowl, add 3 Tbsp Fish Sauce, juices from 2 Limes, Herbs, Green Onion, and Shallots. Mix everything together.


2.) In a pan on high heat, add 1/2 Tbsp Vegetable oil and Ground Pork. Cook until itโ€™s fully brown and juices have evaporated. Season with Chili Flakes and Toasted Rice Powder. Turn off heat and add it to your bowl. Combine together. Taste and adjust if needed.
