๐Ÿ”ป 3 box of Puff Pastry Sheet

๐Ÿ”ป 1โ„2 lb Ground Meat (Pork or Chicken)

๐Ÿ”ป 2 Tbsp Wood Ear Mushroom

๐Ÿ”ป 1โ„4 cup Yellow Onion

๐Ÿ”ป 1โ„2 tsp Black Pepper

๐Ÿ”ป 1 egg


๐—ฉ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐Ÿญ ๐˜„/๐—ผ ๐—ฃ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ

๐Ÿ”ธ 1 tsp Soy Sauce

๐Ÿ”ธ 1 tsp Fish Sauce

๐Ÿ”ธ 1 tsp Sugar


๐—ฉ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐Ÿฎ ๐˜„/ ๐—ฃ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ

๐Ÿ”น 1โ„2 tsp Salt

๐Ÿ”น 1 Tbsp Pate

๐˜›๐˜ฐ ๐˜ด๐˜ต๐˜ข๐˜ณ๐˜ต ๐˜ฑ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฑ๐˜ฑ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ :

1. Crack your egg and separate the white from the yolk. Mince 2 Tbsp Wood Ear Mushroom and chop 1โ„4 cup Yellow Onion.


๐˜›๐˜ฐ ๐˜ฎ๐˜ข๐˜ฌ๐˜ฆ ๐˜บ๐˜ฐ๐˜ถ๐˜ณ ๐˜ง๐˜ช๐˜ญ๐˜ญ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ :

1. In a bowl, add all of your ingredients together including your meat. Combine everything together.


๐˜›๐˜ฐ ๐˜ข๐˜ด๐˜ด๐˜ฆ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฃ๐˜ญ๐˜ฆ :

1. Leave Puff Pastry Sheet on counter 30 minutes before using.


2. Using a round or ridget Cookie Cutter, make cut outs on the Puff Pastry Sheets.


3. Take 1 Tbsp of your filling and place it in the center of a pastry cut out.


4. Brush egg white around the edge to seal the dough.


5. Use a fork and press down on the edges to ensure it is properly closed.


6. Brush a thin layer of egg yolk onto the pastry.


7. Bake at 375ยฐF for 25 mins or until it reaches a nice golden color.
