Pandan Waffles


๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€:

๐Ÿ”ธ 3/4 cup Rice Flour

๐Ÿ”ธ 1/4 cup Tapioca Starch

๐Ÿ”ธ 1/4 cup All-purpose Flour

๐Ÿ”ธ 1/2 Tbsp Baking Powder

๐Ÿ”ธ 1/4 tsp Salt


๐˜”๐˜ช๐˜ด๐˜ค. -

๐Ÿ”น 1 Egg

๐Ÿ”น 1/3 cup Sugar (1/2 cup for sweeter)

๐Ÿ”น 3/4 cup Coconut Cream

๐Ÿ”น 1 Tbsp melted Butter

๐Ÿ”น 1/2 tsp Pandan Paste (gel)


๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€:

1. In a large bowl, sift all of your dry ingredients.


2. In another large bowl, crack 1 egg and whisk it with 1/3 cup Sugar.


3. Pour in 1 cup Coconut Cream, 1 Tbsp melted Butter, and 1/2 tsp Pandan Paste. Give it a whisk.


4. Add in half of the dry ingredients, whisk, then add the rest of it, and continue to whisk until you get a smooth consistency.


5. Pour between 2/3-1 cup of the batter.


6. Cook for 4-5 minutes for a nice crunchy texture. Let it cool on a cooling rack, repeat until batter is finished.
