Nuoc Mam Pha - Vietnamese Dipping Fish Sauce


๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€:

๐Ÿ”ธ 1 can Coco Rico

๐Ÿ”ธ 2 1/2 Tbsp Distilled White Vinegar

๐Ÿ”ธ 1/4 cup Sugar

๐Ÿ”ธ 1/2 cup Fish Sauce

๐Ÿ”ธ 1 Tbsp Sambal Chili Garlic Sauce

๐Ÿ”ธ 5 Garlic cloves (+/-, minced)

๐Ÿ”ธ Fresh Thai Chili Pepper (optional)


๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€:

1. Pour 1 can Coco Rico in a medium bowl.


2. Add 2 1/2 Tbsp Distilled White Vinegar, 1/4 cup Sugar, 1/2 cup Fish Sauce, and 1 Tbsp Sambal Chili Garlic Sauce. Mix to dissolve.


3. Mince 5 Garlic cloves, you can use more or less. Add it to the bowl. Give it a final mix. You can stop here or add Thai Chili Pepper for a hotter kick!
