Kimchi Fried Rice


๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€:

3 cups Steamed Rice

1 cup chopped Kimchi

1โ„4 cup Kimchi Juice

1โ„4 cup Water

2 1โ„2 Tbsp Gochujang

1 Tbsp minced Garlic

3 tsp Sesame Oil

1 tsp Vegetable Oil

1 stalk Green Onion (chopped)

1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds

Roasted Seaweed Paper (strips)


๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€:

1. In a pan on medium high heat, add the Vegetable Oil, Garlic, and Kimchi. Stir fry for 1 minute.


2. Add Rice, Kimchi Juice, Water, and Gochujang. Stir all the ingredients together for about 5-7 minutes. Stirring occasionally to make sure the rice is burnt.


3. Add Sesame Oil and mix everything up. Remove from the heat.


4. Garnish with an egg, chopped Green Onion, roasted Seaweed Paper, and Sesame Seeds.
