Jollibee Inspired Filipino Sweet Spaghetti (Shortcut Version)


๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€:

๐Ÿ”ธ 1 lb dried Spaghetti

๐Ÿ”ธ 1 35 oz UFC Sweet Filipino Style Spaghetti Sauce

๐Ÿ”ธ 1 lb Ground Beef

๐Ÿ”ธ 4 Hot Dogs (I used Oscar Mayer Smokies)

๐Ÿ”ธ 1/2 large White Onion (chopped)

๐Ÿ”ธ 2 Tbsp minced Garlic

๐Ÿ”ธ 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

๐Ÿ”ธ 1 tsp Fish Sauce (adjust to your taste if needed)

๐Ÿ”ธ Medium or Sharp Cheddar Cheese


๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€:

1. Cook the Spaghetti according to the package instructions. Mince 1 Tbsp Garlic and chop 1/2 large White Onion. Cut the Hot Dog into slices.


2. In a large pot on high heat, add 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil and sauteฬ chopped White Onion for 1 minute. Add the minced Garlic and sauteฬ for 30 seconds - 1 minute.


3. Add the Ground Beef and cook until itโ€™s 3/4th cooked through. Add the sliced Hot Dogs, stir everything together, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Pour in the Spaghetti Sauce, turn the heat down to medium, and cook for 10-15 minutes with the lid on.


4. Serve over Spaghetti noodles and top with grated cheese.
