Japanese Baked Mussels


๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€:

๐Ÿ”ธ A dozen Mussels

๐Ÿ”ธ 1/2 cup Japanese Mayonnaise (Kewpie brand)

๐Ÿ”ธ 1 tsp Sriracha (+/-)

๐Ÿ”ธ Masago

๐Ÿ”ธ Sesame Seeds

๐Ÿ”ธ 1 stalk Green Onion (chopped)


๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€:

1. Place Mussels on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.


2. In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup Japanese Mayonnaise and 1 tsp Sriracha. You may adjust the spice level upon your taste.


3. Spoon a generous amount of the spicy mayo onto each Mussel.


4. Bake at 375ยฐ F for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Top the Baked Mussels with some chopped Green Onion, Masago, Sesame seeds, and a drop of Sriracha! Enjoy immediately.
