Instant Pot : BBQ Ribs

๐Ÿ”น 1 Rack of Baby Back Ribs

๐Ÿ”น BBQ sauce (I used Sweet Baby Rayโ€™s)

๐Ÿ”น Dry Rub (I used Weber Savory BBQ)

๐Ÿ”น Salt

๐Ÿ”น Black Pepper

๐Ÿ”น Garlic Powder

๐Ÿ”น Onion Powder


๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€:

1.) Wash and pat try the rack of Ribs. Flip it to the back and pull off the membrane.


2.) Season both sides with Dry Rub, Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, and Onion Powder.


3.) Put the trivet inside the Instant Pot along with 1 cup Water. Place ribs on top of trivet, long side up. Cook on Meat/Stew mode at High Pressure for 19 minutes, QR.


4.) Remove Ribs from Instant Pot and brush a layer of BBQ sauce on top of the Ribs. You do not need to do the back side. Place Ribs inside the middle rack level of your oven and broil it for 8-10 minutes, depending how charred you want it.
