๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€:

๐Ÿ”ธ Fish Fillets (I used Tilapia & Basa)

๐Ÿ”ธ 1 cup All-Purpose Flour

๐Ÿ”ธ 1 tsp + 1/4 tsp Baking Powder

๐Ÿ”ธ 1/2 tsp + 1/4 tsp Sea Salt

๐Ÿ”ธ 2 Tbsp + 1 cup Rice Flour

๐Ÿ”ธ 1 cup + 2 Tbsp Beer

๐Ÿ”ธ 3 cups Canola or Vegetable Oil

๐Ÿ”ธ Small Tortilla

๐Ÿ”ธ Cabbage (shredded)

๐Ÿ”ธ Tomatoes + White Onion (diced)

๐Ÿ”ธ Cilantro (chopped)

๐Ÿ”ธ Tartar Sauce + Hot Sauce

๐Ÿ”ธ Limes, Jalapenฬƒos, Pink Raddish

๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€:

1. Blot the Fish Fillet with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture. Cut it into Fish sticks.

2. On a plate, mix together 1 cup Rice Flour and 1/4 tsp Sea Salt. Lightly coat the Fish sticks. Shake off any excess flour. Set them aside on a wired rack.

3. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup All-purpose Flour, 1 tsp + 1/4 tsp Baking Powder, 1/2 tsp Sea Salt, and 2 Tbsp Rice Flour. Whisk in 1 cup + 2 Tbsp Beer.

4. Heat up 3 cups Canola or Vegetable Oil until it reaches 350ยฐ F. Dip the Fish sticks into the batter and allow excess batter to drip off before adding it into the oil. Fry the Fish in batches until it turns golden brown. Be sure to flip it or dunk them into the oil to ensure it's evenly browned. Remove and repeat for the remaining Fish sticks.

5. Make the tacos by first warming up the Tortillas. Add some Tartar sauce, Cabbage, and Fish. Then top it off with more Cabbage, Tomatoes, and Cilantro. Squeeze a lime, add some hot sauce, and enjoy this with some Roasted Jalapenฬƒos, sliced Pink Radish, and a cold cup of Beer!
