Baked Honey Soy Chicken


๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€:

5-6 Chicken Thighs or 4-6 Drumsticks

3 Tbsp Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp Honey

1 Tbsp Sugar

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1โ„2 tsp Salt

1โ„4 tsp Black Pepper


๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€:

1. To make your marinate, in a bowl or large ziplock bag, add 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Sugar, 1 Tbsp Honey, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, 1/2 tsp Salt, and 1/4 tsp Black Pepper. Mix well.


2. Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking.


3. Place Chicken on a baking sheet and bake the Chicken for 40-60 minutes at 375ยฐ F. Every oven is different, so be sure to check on your Chicken during the cooking process. If itโ€™s burning too quickly during towards the end, turn down the heat to 350ยฐ F.


4. Remove from oven. Spoon the oil from the baking sheet onto the Chicken to get that skin glossy. Enjoy!
