Baked Donuts

๐Ÿ”ธ 1 cup All-purpose Flour

๐Ÿ”ธ 3/4 cup Sugar

๐Ÿ”ธ 1 tsp Baking Powder

๐Ÿ”ธ 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon or Nutmeg

๐Ÿ”ธ 1/4 tsp Salt


๐˜ž๐˜ฆ๐˜ต ๐˜๐˜ฏ๐˜จ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฅ๐˜ช๐˜ฆ๐˜ฏ๐˜ต๐˜ด :

๐Ÿ”ธ 1 Egg

๐Ÿ”ธ 1/2 cup Milk

๐Ÿ”ธ 2 Tbsp Melted Butter

๐Ÿ”ธ 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

๐Ÿ”น 85 g Powdered Sugar

๐Ÿ”น 1 - 1 ยฝ Tbsp Milk


๐˜Š๐˜ฉ๐˜ฐ๐˜ค๐˜ฐ๐˜ญ๐˜ข๐˜ต๐˜ฆ ๐˜๐˜ณ๐˜ฐ๐˜ด๐˜ต๐˜ฆ๐˜ฅ ๐˜Ž๐˜ญ๐˜ข๐˜ป๐˜ฆ :

๐Ÿ”น 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar

๐Ÿ”น 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

๐Ÿ”น 1 - 1 ยฝ Tbsp Milk

๐Ÿ”น 1 tsp Vanilla Extract


๐˜Š๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜ฏ๐˜ข๐˜ฎ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ ๐˜š๐˜ถ๐˜จ๐˜ข๐˜ณ :

๐Ÿ”น 1/4 cup Sugar

๐Ÿ”น 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

๐Ÿ”น 2 Tbsp Melted Butter


๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€:

1. In a bowl, sift 1 cup All-purpose Flour and 3/4 cup Sugar. Add 1 tsp Baking Powder, 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon or Nutmeg, and 1/4 tsp Salt. Give it a mix. Set dry ingredients aside.


2. In a large bowl, crack 1 egg. Add 1/2 cup Milk, 2 Tbsp Melted Butter, and 1 tsp Vanilla Extract. Whisk to combine wet ingredients.


3. Add in half of the dry ingredients and give it a whisk. Then add the rest of the dry ingredients. Mix well. Add donut batter to a piping bag.


4. Lightly spray the donut baking pan with oil. Fill each donut well with the batter.


5. Bake at 350ยฐF for 15 minutes.


6. For Frosted: Dip the donut for a few seconds into the icing, twirl, then gently lift it up and decorate to your liking. If the icing has harden, microwave for 10-15 seconds and give it a mix before dipping the donut.


7. For Cinnamon Sugar: Coat it in Melted Butter then toss it in the Cinnamon Sugar.


8. Let it cool down on a cooling rack before enjoying.
