Asian Garlic Noodles


๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€:

๐Ÿ”บ 1 bag 16 oz. Pancit/Egg Noodles or 14 oz. dried Spaghetti Noodle

๐Ÿ”บ 1 stick/8 Tbsp Unsalted Butter

๐Ÿ”บ 3 Tbsp minced Garlic

๐Ÿ”บ 1 Tbsp Sugar

๐Ÿ”บ 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

๐Ÿ”บ 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce

๐Ÿ”บ 1/2 Tbsp Fish Sauce

๐Ÿ”บ 1 tsp Salt

๐Ÿ”บ 1 tsp Garlic Powder

๐Ÿ”บ 4 Tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese

๐Ÿ”บ Black Pepper


๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€:

1. Boil your Pancit/Egg Noodles according to the package instructions. Cooking it until itโ€™s 80% done. The brand Iโ€™m using (Lucky K.T. Co., Inc.) does not have any, so I boiled it for about 5 minutes.


2. In a wok on high heat, melt 1 stick Unsalted Butter. Add 3 Tbsp mince Garlic and sauteฬ until fragrant. Season with 1 Tbsp Sugar, 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce, 1/2 Tbsp Fish Sauce, 1 tsp Salt, and 1 tsp Garlic Powder. Mix well.


3. Add the Noodles, 4 Tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese, mix and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Turn off heat and sprinkle with some Black Pepper!
