Air Fry : Biscuit Donuts


๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€:

๐Ÿ”ธ 1 pack Pillsbury Southern Homestyle Biscuit

๐Ÿ”ธ Powdered Sugar (85g per icing glaze)

๐Ÿ”ธ Milk (I used 5 Tbsp total for 5 different icing glazes)

๐Ÿ”ธ Ube Flavoring (Purple Coloring)

๐Ÿ”ธ Pandan Paste (Green Coloring)

๐Ÿ”ธ Blue Food Coloring

๐Ÿ”ธ Red Food Coloring

๐Ÿ”ธ 1/4 cup Sugar

๐Ÿ”ธ 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

๐Ÿ”ธ 2 Tbsp Melted Butter

๐Ÿ”ธ Sprinkles/Cookies/Oreo/Coconut Flakes

๐Ÿ”ธ Canola or Vegetable Oil Spray


๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€:

๐˜ฝ๐™–๐™จ๐™ž๐™˜ ๐™„๐™˜๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™‚๐™ก๐™–๐™ฏ๐™š:

- Mix 1 Tbsp Milk with 85g Powdered Sugar. Stir and set aside.


๐™‚๐™ง๐™š๐™š๐™ฃ ๐™‚๐™ก๐™–๐™ฏ๐™š:

- Add 1/8 tsp Pandan Paste or 4-5 drops of the liquid Green Food Coloring to the Basic Icing Glaze. Stir and set aside.


๐™‹๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™  ๐™‚๐™ก๐™–๐™ฏ๐™š:

- Add 3 drops of the liquid Red Food Coloring to the Basic Icing Glaze. Stir and set aside.


๐™‹๐™ช๐™ง๐™ฅ๐™ก๐™š ๐™‚๐™ก๐™–๐™ฏ๐™š:

- Add 4 drops of Ube Flavoring to the Basic Icing Glaze. Stir and set aside.


๐˜ฝ๐™ก๐™ช๐™š ๐™‚๐™ก๐™–๐™ฏ๐™š:

- Add 8 drops of the liquid Blue Food Coloring to the Basic Icing Glaze. Stir and set aside.


๐˜พ๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™ฃ๐™–๐™ข๐™ค๐™ฃ ๐™Ž๐™ช๐™œ๐™–๐™ง:

- In a small bowl, melt 2 Tbsp Butter. Set aside. In another separate bowl, mix 1/4 cup Sugar with 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon. Mix and set aside.


1. Pop open the Pillsbury Southern Homestyle Biscuit. Use a 1 inch cookie cutter or a bottle cap and cut out the center of each Biscuit.


2. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with Canola or Vegetable Oil. Add the Biscuits. Lightly spray the top of the Biscuits. Do NOT overcrowd the basket. Air fry at 350 for 6 minutes, flipping it at 3 minutes.


3. Place Air fryer lid on the protection pad and transfer Biscuits to a cooling rack.


4. To make the Cinnamon Sugar one: Coat it in the melted Butter and toss it in the Cinnamon Sugar. Set aside to cool.


5. To make the Frosted ones: Dip it in the icing for a couple seconds, turn it, and carefully pull it out. Immediately decorate it to your liking as the icing frosts up quickly. Set aside to cool.


6. Repeat steps for the remaining Biscuits.
